Children’s longevity is strongly influenced by early neuromuscular development and musculoskeletal health. Pilates improves core stability, posture, balance, and movement efficiency, which are essential for injury prevention and long-term physical function. Controlled, low-impact exercise supports healthy joint development, spinal alignment, and motor control during growth. Introducing Pilates in childhood promotes lifelong movement quality and reduces the risk of chronic musculoskeletal issues in adulthood.

Kids pilates
Pilates is an ideal form of movement for children, as it teaches them how to use their muscles effectively while improving flexibility by combining stretching and strengthening at the same time. It is also a great complement to other sports, enhancing not only overall fitness but also fine motor muscle control, all while supporting and protecting the joints.
Guaranteed fun and a sense of achievement for every child.
Built on the foundations of Pilates, the sessions combine playful, dance-inspired movements with storytelling and imagination, and can even be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home
Pilates is especially beneficial for teenagers who spend long hours sitting at school or using their phones, as it helps counteract poor posture and muscle imbalances. It strengthens the core, improves body awareness, and supports healthy alignment, which is essential during growth and everyday activities.
Personal Pilates training is available both in the studio and in the comfort of your own home. Each session is fully tailored to individual needs, goals, and physical condition, ensuring a personalized, effective, and supportive Pilates experience.
KIDS PILATES
My name is Georgina Sándor Dr., and I have been working with Pilates for many years, with a special focus on children. I began teaching children’s Pilates in schools, where I worked with both individual children and groups, helping them develop strength, coordination, and body awareness in a supportive environment. With a playful yet professional approach, I create safe, engaging classes where children feel confident, motivated, and happy to move: giving parents peace of mind that their child is in caring and experienced hands.

To improve posture and reduce the strain caused by long hours of sitting at school
To counteract the negative effects of excessive phone and screen use
As a necessary balance for children involved in multiple sports or competitive athletics, where stretching and recovery are often missing
To improve flexibility and mobility when regular training focuses mainly on performance and strength
To support healthy growth by protecting the spine and joints during intensive physical activity
As an excellent complementary movement alongside competitive sports, helping prevent injuries and muscle imbalances
To develop core strength, coordination, and body awareness in a safe, non-competitive environment
When children need mindful movement that relaxes, stretches, and strengthens at the same time
