MINI Group (4-6)

Pilates is an ideal form of movement for children, as it teaches them how to use their muscles effectively while improving flexibility by combining stretching and strengthening at the same time. It is also a great complement to other sports, enhancing not only overall fitness but also fine motor muscle control, all while supporting and protecting the joints.

SMALL Group (6-12)

Guaranteed fun and a sense of achievement for every child.
Built on the foundations of Pilates, the sessions combine playful, dance-inspired movements with storytelling and imagination, and can even be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home

TEEN Group (13-18)

Pilates is especially beneficial for teenagers who spend long hours sitting at school or using their phones, as it helps counteract poor posture and muscle imbalances. It strengthens the core, improves body awareness, and supports healthy alignment, which is essential during growth and everyday activities.

WHO AM I?

My name is Georgina Sándor Dr., and I have been working with Pilates for many years, with a special focus on children. I began teaching children’s Pilates in schools, where I worked with both individual children and groups, helping them develop strength, coordination, and body awareness in a supportive environment. With a playful yet professional approach, I create safe, engaging classes where children feel confident, motivated, and happy to move: giving parents peace of mind that their child is in caring and experienced hands.
